I recently found out that my paralegal program (from a traditional institution) does not have any accreditation, what will increase my chances of employment?

Will my chances of employment be better with an Associates in Liberal Arts and certificate from an ABA approved Paralegal program or an Associates in Paralegal Studies (paralegal program is not accredited by the ABA and any regional accreditation institution)?
