Man I need a job, but no one will hire me because I have a record from my juvenile years and it's hard because I have a son to take care of.

Sorry to hear that bro., I had to deal with the same dilemma so I have surrounded myself around people in the decision making positions(networking)and being reliable enough not to put them in the position of being scutinized I have been on jobs for 3-4 years at a time allowing me to pay off child support and earn a living and make decent friends. I always involve myself with educational programs because people watch out for those trying to improve their quality of life.Stay prayful, it works.
