How can I improve my perfomance? I have been working for 11 year as an administrative assistant and I got another job of a personal assistant and I'm battling to fit in and I need some advices because I want to perform at a very high level. Also I need to know the kind of studies I can enrol in order to upgrade my performance to a more professional level.

The best I could recommend is being HIGHLY ORGANIZED. You must be knowledgeble on computers and always have information on hand. Your boss will contact you and need information; however when he requests such, he usually needed it yesturday. It is important to have organizational skills, computer literacy, be motivational and highly confident.
