I need a personal assistant/nanny. How should I post my ad. I want the Anne Hathaway of people, willing to do anything and everything to get where they need to go. Hello ....was doing some research re:personal assisstants and came accross your post. Have you found an assisstant yet?

I am a personal assisstant. I "fell" into the job by chance....I had a full-time business as an in-home personal fitness trainer; one of my long time clients offered me the position. I actually still train him, family members, cook his workday meals (very healthy, yet tasty ) and run some personl errands. I have been able to maintain most of my own cliental, as i am finished my "personal assistant" job by early afternoon.

If you are still looking, you may want to check out some of the people in your area who offer in-home training,we tend to be very motivated "go-getter" type people.

I am currently a full-time, live in nanny/household manager for a single father with 3 school aged children.
I relocated for this job a couple years ago and would be willing to relocate for the right position.
I have terrific organizational skills, and a BS degree, teaching credentials and am 75% done with my Masters degree. I have been able to manage this household, cooking, cleaning services, groceries, laundry etc. all on my own. I also enjoy traveling and I a well accquainted with being a live-in assistant to a family.

Craig's List is ok but you will get a ton of people you have to wade through until you find the best fit. The better way to go is through a placement agency who specializes in placing Personal Assistants and Nannys. But if you are in a financial bind right now, you could always go to the local college. There are students who are very capable and can use the extra money.

In Chapter 18 of my book "The Essential Handbook for Personal Assistants" I dedicate the entire chapter to employers looking to hire someone and how to do this successfully. I also list a number of placement agency which specialize in this type of hiring.

I have an offer that you may not be able to say no to, lol.
If you are by chance still seeking a PA/Nanny, I am interested.
I am the Hathaway of applicants, and will fight and claw my way to get what needs to be done completed in the correct way, before the deadline! I not only can offer you Nanny and Personal Assistant but I can also offer you the services of a Private EMT (Emergency Medical Tech.) and Certified Security Guard (able to double as body guard). I am available for relocation, but require decent notice. I am willing to come to an agreement in regards to pay, that will work with you current financial situation. I can help you!

Do you need help in a professional area? I have clerical skills and can help you get organized, keep you on track and assist you with time management. I can help you manage and keep track of your appointments, run errands, help out with household duties that you don't have time for.

I can screen incoming calls, check emails, review documentation, send mail, do basic research, scheduling reservations, booking travel and meetings.

If you need help at home such as housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. I'm your go-to girl. I love the variety associated with this position and always have a great attitude.

I have many years of a combinations of managment, executive assistant, shopping for a busy business woman, helping her in the office & childcare. I am looking for a change from working in the insurance industry, which I have been doing. Would like to move as well. I can send you my resume if you are interested and we could talk over the phone.
