I would suggest a recruiting agency that specializes in personal or executive assistants. Finding someone that can travel 90% might be a tricky fit, but I am sure you will find the right person.

If you are serious about finding someone with good character and a desire to motivate others and make a positive impact on their lives, then we should talk. I think that Idealist.org is a great job board to post openings like this on. Of course there is always Craigslist as well.

It seems like you did fine just posting the question here. Several people have responded. I am also interested in the position. I do have personal assistance experience and am currently looking for opportunities to travel, ideally, international travel.
