What qualifications do you need to highlight in order to even get a call from Chase?!

Seriously, I've applied to ever new listing for the personal banker job in the metro Detroit area and every single time I get a "no thank you" email. I know it is mainly a sales position and I've highlighted my comfort and communication skills as well as my knowledge of the products offered in retail banking. I'm a recent college grad with a BS in business administration with sales experience and my own small business that I've had for 2 years now. I've been doing this since December and have had no luck getting a call back for this or even a part-time teller position yet they keep listing new jobs with positions that were posted months ago still available. I know for sure I'm qualified for a god damned teller position. Makes me wonder if some of these people even look at the applications.
