20 years in as UPS and FedEx employee doing everything from driving a truck to promotion to manager of employees. Management experience, operations experience but no sales.
Where does one go to get the 1-2 years sales experience needed to even be looked at for a sales job. Not retail, not selling phones in a mall, but B2B sales experience? It seems as if I am in a Catch-22 situation...I need sales exp to get a sales job, but to get a sales job I need experience!! Any thoughts?
