Your best way to get into medical sales is to network with doctors. To network in this field you must define exactly what type of medical product that you want to sell.

Looking for medical sales position in Minneapolis. My wife is a doctor and it does not seem to help. I have more than 7 years as fireman/Paramedic. If anyone can help post back here. Thanks

Talk to the person who promotes the drugs to your wife. Sales reps unless they are your best friend are not going to invite you in the company. Go to job fairs posted on the internet. Not the best way at the fairs but possibly an in? I am in medical sale 14 months in inside and I am still networking to get in a pharmacuetical company. Let me know how that works

I am the manager of Superior Self-Storage in Costa Mesa, and I want to let you know that we will accept deliveries for you, and have the FedEx/UPS drivers put the items into your storage unit. We do this for only $5 extra per month added to your regurlar unit rental fee. We aren't climate controlled, and most of our existing tenant/reps handle only things like latex gloves, gowns, and other not-medicinal supplies. 1-10-08 New info - There is a possibility that we may be joining another company - adding its product for our reps to market in the west/southwest - as well as what we currently offer. This would be huge in CA. Keep in touch.

You might check on craigslist. I know that there are jobs that recruiters post under Medical. Be willing to sell outside orange county. Look for Job fairs also.

i have been here in mytle beach, south carolina for quite a while and i see lots of housekkepping jobs shortage due to lots of hotel. this is a very nice place for long and short vacations.it is very clean and peaceful here. i want to get people from philippines, could you please direct me to which office can i get some advice( or you might have some ideas!) on how to legally get foreign people and let them get working visa as housekkeeppers? filipinos can speak and understand good english tto, so i think it is a goode edge for them. and not to mention, filipinos are dying to get work overseas too. best regards.

I am an experienced top producing sales representative who is looking to move out of sales management and focus on what I do best SELLING. However I cannot believe the pharm/medical industry will not hire reps from other industries... You must have medical/pharm experience, or a biology/chemistry degree?? Are all the pharm/medical sales reps top producers....why can't the industry expand their search for professional TOP GUNS ? I just don't get it ?

I agree. I am 200% over quota selling inside sales medical services and trying to get into outside medical sales. I just get that I need a top producers or 3 years solid outside sales experience. Wouldn't you want someone who could phone the doctor get the appointment and then sell the product. I still don't get that. Any ideas on getting into outside sale from the inside?
