climate controlled storage

Hi, We just recently opened a climate controlled storage facility in Saltillo Ms. We currently have two drug reps. that rent a unit for their samples but i know that there are at least 30- 40 reps in our area. I know that the drug rep does not pay the rent for the storage, so Most of them do not want to fool with moving everything from one facility to another. Does anybody have any ideas on how we can get them to move there stuff to our facility. Maybe offer to help them move? I know for a fact the it would save them alot of time and gas.
