Where do you get the required 1-2 years sales experience to get into a sales position? Without it you can't get into sales and to get into sales you need it. What's the best way to get it and with what type of companies?

Does anyone know any other great management trainee programs instead of Enterprise? It is hard to get accepted there. You have to go through 3 interviews after the first one, they will let you know if they want you.

Pharmaceutical Sales are looking for prior sales experience, it can be selling cell phones at the mall, as long as its outside sales. Any type of sales will do, as long as you can show data of your sales.
