I am a fairly young (23) recent graduate with Quality Assurance experience in 2 different Pharmaceutical Companies, Boehringer-Ingelheim and PharmaForce.

I have a Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and have 3 years working in the laboratory as a Scientist/Chemist. Am I too young to break into this field?

How easy, or difficult, will it be for me to transition from the laboratory to sales? I cannot take the repetitive nature of Quality Control work anymore, I need to get out, meet people, set goals, etc.

Any advice on where to start would be greatly appreciated. My only progress is talking to some Pharmaceutical Rep contacts I know and applying to a few job postings on career builder.
