You know, you don't need to be certified to work as a pharmacy tech in Wisconsin. I work as a pharmacy tech at a hospital in Mequon and I'm pretty sure the certified people I work with don't make much more than me, if any. I'm actually looking to move to California though - if I take the exam here to be certified, is it even any good in California or should I just wait until I move there to take the exam? |

I wasnt asking about certification...sigh... I was asking about licence. But you can get certified in any state and it'll still be valid wherever you move to. Remember you don't need a certificate to be a PT, you need a licence. I know you can work as a PT without a certificate but you cannot work as one without a licence. Do whtever you want, if you have the time now take it now. Maybe you should see if the place your working for will pay your way to get the exam. Its like 150$ I think. It will probably look better if you go there being certified already though! good luck |
