Basicaly 'am an old phleb and what I did was whent to medical assistant classes for about 18 months in the state of california then when my expernship for 200 hrs in the V.A hospital and and desided I wanted to work in the lab, so I got certified by the director of the lab and only did one job as a MA and the rest is history, being a phleb for 20 years.but now is required by law to get your state lisence and is for $54 dollars every two years with con't education. |
