Just curious. Is there anyone in this forum that works for the American Red Cross? I am starting school this week and am interested to know how well they take care of their employees. I have been told that they start you off at $11.05 an hour. If so, I think that is very good. I would like to know if they have medical benefits too? Any info would be appreciated.

Yes I am working with the American Red Cross in North Carolina and they start off with more ten $11.05 hour, they have good benifets but you need to be aware of the unstedyness of the work hours it requires a lot of travel time and all types of hours.
