You can sign up at the ASCP.org site. There are other certifying agencies (aspt.org and nationalphlebotomy.org, but ASPC seems more popular and highly recommended). Look on the right hand side of the page under "How can ASCP help you?" You will see a link that says Apply for Certification. I signed up last month and they are going to place me at a testing site close to home. I hope this helps, good luck! -Jes

ASCP.org is the one that is the most recommended by my professors and other colleagues. I believe it is more widely used and recognized. Good luck!
