Hello LC, my name is Michelle and i know where you can get the phlebotomy training that you will need in order to be successful. Phlebotomy Services( www.phleb.com ), to me, is the best training anyone can get. They offer 1 or 3 day training, even better they offer phlebotomy training online at an even lower price. If you search around, many phlebotmy training classes can last anywhere from 4-8 months and can cost an arm and a leg. With the phlebotomy Services( www.phleb.com ) youu can get the training you need with your certificate in days. I hope this information was useful. Hope you find what you're looking for. Michelle. |

Truthfully the only one that does the clinicals around here is Mercy college. |

I don't think 1 day's training will do the trick! Most states/job requirements REQUIRE a certian amount of hours in class AND clinical training! |

why can you take a cna course at red cross and get certified and work anywhere |

Elisha in Toledo, Ohio 40 months ago |
moore in Mount Olive, Alabama said: why can you take a cna course at red cross and get certified and work anywhere A CNA/STNA (Certified Nursing Assistant/State Tested Nursing Assistant)certification is available through different sources (i.e. colleges, Red Cross, and some employers), and the class usually last a little over a month. As far as I know, you are able to work anywhere in the STATE you are certified. You need to retake the certification test for another state if you are planning on going to a different state. |

I know Cambridge Medical Institute offers a phlebotomy course that cost $850.00 and that includes everything you need to take your national certification thru the National Phlebotomy Association. The course is 200+ hours with clinicals and they have all types of schedules and payment plans available and financial assistance. They are located at 8160 Baymeadows Way West suite 300 in Jacksonville I loved it there! |
