I went back to school to get certified in phlebotomy because i was told there was a need. I have applied and been turned down more times than i can count because i have no experience. How am i suppose to get experience if no one gives me a chance? To anyone that works at St. Als or St. Lukes or any health care facility in this area, please tell me how to be looked at as a human being or even acknowledged to be hired.
