Something else you may want to look into is creating a profile on social networking sites like LinkedIn and Ryze. Indeed has a direct link to these sites for each job listing. So once you find a job listing you're interested in, click on the "More Actions" link which is located on the bottom line of each listing. You will find direct links to LinkedIn and Ryze which will show you people who are linked to your profile.
