PT needing Cap Exempt Visa for NY or NJ

I am a Physical therapist based in London with several years of experience especially in an out-patient setting. I hold a NY license & Visa screen already although, I also have credentialling for NJ through ICD. I am looking for a direct employer who will sponsor for an Immigrant/CAP exempt visa, offer great salary,benefits & relocation assistance.I want to relocate by November this year.I am wanting to work in an outpatient facility around New York City but can be flexible to work in New Jersey(if they can help me transfer my license.
