Which is better directly calling the physical therapy setups to hire you or going through recruiting agencies?Is there anything that can help me fast getting a job?

The value of working with certain recruiters is that the often network with other recruiters, which means they have access to dozens of open PT positions at once. Going through a recruiter doesn't cost anything and the recruiter can easily sort the positions you would NOT be interested in. Down side is if you have a recruiter that only cares about filling positions and then they are calling you anytime they have any sort of PT position. My advice, find a recruiter you trust.
