PTA passer in North Highlands, California

hi everyone. I passed the PTA Licensure 3 weeks ago.I haven'r applied for the License yet bec i am waiting for the letter that comes from the PT BOards. Question: Can I apply now for a job eventhough i still dnt have a license number yet?
