would my PA associates from stanford hold the same weight as someone elses masters? We both passed the same exam, would they make more money?

I too and wondering if job opps and pay will differ with an associates vs. a masters degree.

While all accredited programs allow the student to sit for the same PANCE exam. many employers, hospitals and cliics do pay on a higher scale for those who hold a Masters degree. This is the same in most businesses not only healthcare, in the USA. I believe it is an incentive to higher learning.
