Well there is one in Detroit, but that is just as far away from Florida. It is University of Detroit Mercy. I know that Marquette in Wisconsin has a five year program, but it is not direct entry, meaning you have to reapply for admission at the end of your sophomore year for the graduate program I believe. There is a similar program to that at Butler in Indiana. There is also a direct entry 6 year program at Seton Hall University, which is in New Jersey I think.

Yes Chelsea Thank you so much! I finished my app for the one in Detroit, desales and Gannon. I just don;t now how competitive I am. I have a 3.4 UW 5.2 W gpa. 1470/1600 and 2100/2400 sat score. I just don't know how competitive that is as people on theses boards have higher stats and are being waitlisted??

5.2?! Wow. My high school doesn't even go that high. It's out of 4.0, and my gpa is 3.8 W. I don't even know what my UW is. But you will probably impress them with your 5.2. I didn't take the SAT but my ACT was 28. I have been accepted to the Detroit program and they gave me a huge scholarship so that is where I will probably go. You shouldn't have a problem getting into that one. I got into DeSales, but I have to do an interview for the actual pa program. I am still waiting on Gannon. We'll see! Good luck to you too!

i just got accepted into the Seton Hall program a few weeks ago and im so excited to go. For those of you looking for a program that goes straight from undergrad to grad, Seton Hall has this, but they also have an affiliation program with Monmouth University, where they will take 6 MU students each year into their program. You will be guaranteed a seat in the program which is great considering how competitive it is to get into PA school nowadays! Monmouth's Pre-professional Health comittee will guide students into what undergrad courses to take in order to be eligible for the Seton Hall program. The seton program is 3 years as opposed to two years but provides longer and more rotations than most schools so students have more experience. You also get MUCH NEEDED summers off where most students can pick up an extra rotation or take some time off from all the work (trust me youll need a break!) Wish you all the best!

Does anyone know of any 5 year PA programs in Northeast PA or NY within 150 miles of Binghamton, NY? We have looked at RIT, will be looking at Wilkes, Marywood and D'Youville. Are we missing any others? Gannon and St. Francis are too far for us. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks so much!
