I am exploring the PA profession as a possibility for a career in the future, and one of the main questions I have is about the flexibility of PA work. Are you able to find part-time jobs? I really would like to be able to have a family in the future, and I'm worried that if I become a PA, I will have a hard time finding a flexible enough that I won't have to work full time. Does anyone have any advice? |

Being a PA can be very flexible. There are more jobs than there are PA’s to fill them so many employers are willing to negotiate hours and such. There are also part-time jobs and also the possibility of seasonal and locum tenems work. |

Can you tell me about it please? |

I had the same question! I wanted to know if it is possible to work as a PA and be a full-time mom at the same time. I am just starting my bachelors degree but looking at PA as a future possibility. Have you found any other answers as to the flexibility of a PA? How rare is it to find a part-time job where you can work during the day for example when kids are at school, and no weekends? |
