prereq grades

does anyone know how much prereq grades factor into your acceptance to a PA program?? I have good grades in mainly everything except gen chem and org chem (B- in both!).

Do you think I need to take them over before applying to any PA programs??

The most important thing is that you at least meet the min requirement because if you dont.....they wont even bother to look at your app.
