I'm here to tell you DO NOT LET THAT STOP YOU! Let your welding speak for its self, that's what ive always done since i finished school. I graduated High school a year ago and immediately went to a welding school and graduated in 12 weeks with every certification for pipe and all processes. Every time I looked for a job I wouldn't apply for your same reason, didn't have so many years in experience.I Talked to my instructor an he told me don't even look at those numbers just let my welds speak for themselves. It was hard enough to make companies even let me test because they didnt believe I could have soo many certs at my age but I told them If I fail I fail if not, Hire me. My Welds ALWAYS got me my jobs, not my resume.Im 19yrs old with a 2011 F30 King Ranch for my Rig truck and a $200,000 home. I can actually can say I passed my father my first year out of High School so Im sure you can make it too. Just make your interviews about your welds not what you dont know. Good Luck - Lance |
