I am extremely interested in getting into the pipeline welding business, Can anyone give me some info.

I have been welding and fitting for about eight years now, i can build just about anything while holding close tolerances. I can TIG, Stick, MIG, and Flux core beautifully. I have 6G, and 6GR certificates. I just don't see any advertisements for pipeline jobs. Can anyone give me some information?

Just a thought...how about Brown & Root;Baker-Hughes Tool;Aramaco;Halliburton;if they do not have a specific job you want talk to a recruiter at hr and offer up all your experience and see what they offer you....good luck, cookie

john here cheek out indeed.com or hotsheets.com, or sign up for the boilermakers,pipefitters,or Ironworkers unions sigh up also go to industrialtradesman.com and check out there projects section You can also recieve their job reports magazine in the mail if you need to find work
