Hey there is about 400 on the bench it sucks i have been out of work for 6 months, and I worked down in pueblo for a year so total I have been away from the local for a year and a half, and I am only like 203 on the bench.

I have been in the local union 208, going on 20 years.It has been a wonderful&fulfilling job.There will be times when there no work that part of working construction.It will get better?Hang in there brother.
