Once out of the Academy this agency hired me, moved my LIFE down to Austin, FTO program only 2 months, if you don't catch on your out. No training on specific software, No orientation when responding to emergency calls, FTO's aren't fit to teach or train. TERRIBLE place to start your career, wouldn't recommend to anyone other than my enemies.
