I have looked on the Philadelphia police website, Along with, Atlanta, Miami And baltimore. They site says, You must not have any criminal convictions, not be on drugs, have a good work history, have great credit, and this that and the other, I know 3 philadelphia police officers, I know 2 baltimore officers, and 1 miami cop and a atlanta cop. The 2 philadelphia officers were on welfare and never ever had a job and just got thier GED when they turned 27 and had the worst driving record anyine has seen, The Miami guy I know, has used every drug known to man and had such bad credit and never kept a job for more than one month, and the Atlanta cop I know is a damn disgrace, He was locked up for simple assult, impersoanting a cop when he was 21, never had a job, had dui's, credit was bad, had all types of reports woth police and i dont think he can count to 100. My question is, How come they are all cops now? If your connected in a big city to a politican or some big shot cop or know the right people like they did, than you are in, so why do the websites say you need all these requirements when its not true??? |

OR...they are minorities. The standard is automatically lower for those who can improve the statistics on the number of minorities employed by any department. It also means that they can get away with a lot more poor performance or rule/law breaking before being fired. |
