why haven't any police agencies called me back

i am a 27 yr.old woman that has put in several applications for the police dept. memphis tn west memphis air horn lake ms jackson ms southaven ms bartlett tn olive branch ms and coldwater ms and out of those eight only one response and that was west memphis ar but that guy was so mean and cruel to me it left me wondering have i done something to this man that i never met or seen before in my life. but any way my point is that i am qualified and have experience with a clear background and will relocate so why havent any police agencies called me back

I also applied with MPD and I am a 24 year old woman. I put in my application with them in September took the test and PAT in November. I just received a letter to test March and the there after. It took four months to here from them again. I honestly think MPD is very unprofessional if you ask me. They told us when we took the test in November that we would be candidates for the February class. It is March now. I had also applied with Collierville police department in Tn, I passed the PAT and written and they still didn't hire me. I think they discriminated against me because I was a black female. I later read that they just hired there first black women in 2007. I do not even want to work for MPD anymore and actually put in applications with an out of state location. The pay is great I will make almost 20,000 more them what I would make with MPD. I also applied for Dallas police department back in October and they were so rude and prejudice against me for being a woman and black. I got tired of these down south agencies and went west and so far so good. I start the academy in July. Good luck.
