From the ground up....Having worked "the floor", one actually gains the knowledge of "how things work",Having "that knowledge" One can see how some things could be improved upon.If you can...make those improvements.You WILL get noticed..From there...you could either go to school or schmooze with the design people,make some friends,throw out ideas....(feel the input!!!)
