What do you enjoy most about being a production assistant? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT BOOTCAMP STAFF in Los Angeles, California

1.) Enjoy Most: being a part of the physical production process.
2.) Dislike Most: the work hours
3.) Challenging YES it is NOT always easy to get along with 253 people ALL DAY EVERY DAY FOR 18 HOURS a day for a run of 103 days.
4.) Many Many Many Many Many Many Many Many opportunities to learn AND advance, YES!
5.) We ALL, our staff, enjoy being a part of production, we continue to work on shows because we know that GOOD, SET READY P.A.'s ARE HARD TO FIND, and we continue to help out the AD's whenever possible until new good set ready p.a.'s come along. There are MANY A.D.'s among our staff and they to, just love being part of the physical production process, from day one to day 101, never a dull moment.
