Can you email me or posts the costs? Since I am not working I would be interested in attending in your location. Also will have to consider the cost because I am "Unemployed Property Manager". Thank you |

The National Apartment Association offers certification courses such as CPM - Certified Property Manager or ARM - Accredited Residential Manager.... IREM (the Institute of Real Estate Management) also offers courses www.irem.org _ I have also found that ceriatn cities have Technical colleges that offer an associates degree in Property Management as well... However, I have found that simply mass mailing resumes to local communities and management companies can be best accomplished by looking them up on sites such as apartments.com and clicking on each property's management company link to get contact info... |
