What do you enjoy most about being a qa engineer? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

What keeps you at your job?

Being able to make a difference.
To see each issue as an opportunity to change for the better.
I like all of the differences and the challenge to find what works best.
The difficulty or the part that I dislike is the push back we somtimes encounter from people who are adverse to change.
Who fight tooth and nail to hide the problems in fear that
it will expose them. Quality Engineering is a supporting function, not a police function, it should be viewed as
a help.

The drive to help, to find, to fix, to share, and
it is mostly the satisfaction that I can make the difference.
I enjoy what I do and have been successful empowering others to have similar viewpoints. (flack jackets are not always required).
