[NOTE* This exact post has also been posted on the radiation therapy technologist forum]
I am currently looking for school to get my 2 year degree in Radiology. After which I will be looking to do the additional year to get certified in radiation therapy.
Now my question is this. .
I have read on www.radiologyforums.com/ about Keiser university. Someone had posted this is a ""terminal degree" meaning credits are NOT transferable". . Does this mean I would not in fact be able to do the one year after for my rad. therapy degree? Or. . is this speaking of transferring credits before finishing the course?
The reason I ask about Keiser, is because I was trying to find an accredited school. In Tallahassee that was the only school I found. The other two are not listed on www.jrcert.org
If I end up getting my radiology degree from a non accredited community college, will that severely hurt my ability to get a job afterwords?
Thanks for any input in advance.
