I am very frustrated that the sales team ever wants to take the walk-in, email, or phone inquiry. Everybody sighs and is too busy. I'm left holding the bag and cannot answer technical questions for the client. How do other offices handle this? I have a rotation list, but even at that, I get the "oh God, get someone else to do it" attitude from everyone. Meanwhile, I'm supposed to look/act as if one of our staff is eager to help this client/potential client. |
