Bilingual receptionist in Cleveland, Ohio

I have been looking for at least5 months now I've posted my resume on several employment web site and still no ligit offers. I'll post it for a position and that leads to another site and that leads to another and so forth still I have yet to get an offer. I don't understand. Someone PLEASE explain. Thanks.
