Hi,
Does anyone know any software solution that I can use to create an online jobs database and to integrate it with my website? I don't want to invest thousands, someone suggested to use Recruitway.com
what do you think?

Thanks for the recruitway suggestion. So far it looks like it's pretty robust and the best thing is, it's free for now. Did you find anything else?

I have developed basically a turnkey engine for recruiters to instantly upgrade their static website into a database driven online ats. This online engine comes with the unique ability to showcase your best candidates as well as showcase your jobs. This way instead of your candidates sitting in your database your can securely get them posted and allow recruiters to make offers to you for a change. My goal is to boost your recruiting business to a higher level, and provide tool for powerful connectivity yet at the same time maintain the security and anonymity that recruiters need.
