I am looking for a recruiter to create a partnership and share overhead expenses with.

I am a recruiter that has been in business for almost three years. I have been doing really well but this recession has been making overhead costs a bit more difficult. I really want to stay independent and am looking for one or two recruiters to create a partnership so we can share overhead costs (careerbuilder, monster,etc.).
