Martinho Recruitment is currently in search of recruiters to help market our unique and effective approach to staffing to professional business clients. This is a commission-only position.

Our commission schedule is extremely generous and well worth the effort for committed recruiters.

If you have ever recruited or managed clients for professional staffing services we would be interested in speaking with you.  We feel our client-friendly approach to placements makes Martinho Recruitment an easy recruitment service to work with.

We would like recruiters to have at least 1 year of staffing or recruiting experience.

However, should an individual possess the determination and is responsive to the training and staffing philosophy presented by Martinho Recruitment, we feel they too can also be very successful.

Currently, we are searching for recruiters throughout the Midwest.  However, if you are not in this area, we will be happy to explore other possibilities.
