Recent Grad with no experience.

I am having a hard time finding employment as a CRT in Miami, FL. I graduated in 2010 and had a baby in 2011. I currently work in a hospital as a Registration Clerk with hopes to get a job in the Respiratory Dept; but there are three other people in the same situation. Basically everywhere I apply they tell me they want people with experience. So how am I suppose to get experience? I feel like living in Miami is all about who you know in order to get the job. Does anyone have the same experience? I am interested to know if anyone else is in the same situation; or if its just best to change careers.

Sorry to say that most places is on who knew know but thats only because the RT manager has a huge pile of applicants. Put down clinical experiance you recieved from school as experiance. try to talk to the RT's in the hospital you work at; if there not hireing then try to voulenter. I was stuck in the same situation until someone recommeneded me.
Look for some subacutes they usually dont have websites but there around.
