lets condsider the pros and cons of traveling. One pro would be that the company pays for all of your bills and reimbimburses you for gas money. By traveling you can get a good idea of where you might want to eventually settle down.
I heard the pay is great, especially if you travel to cities where the cost of living is high, but since you dont have any bills its a great chance to save up money and ge ready for early retirement.
Now don't get me wrong pay is an important deciding factor in a career choice but if you actually like helping people and do everything in your scope of practice to help your patient, you get a gogd feeling about it. It aslo makes time fly, next thing you know your shift is over.

Now im just a student in memphis but was wondering where is a god place to travel and average pay for a RRT with one year NICU experience.
Im willing to travel anywhere, i just want to get the hell out of memphis

Any place can be a good place to travel, just depends on what type of person you are and what you're looking for.

If you want big city life, get a contract in a big city.
If you prefer small towns, go there.

The good part about the travel job is that if you don't like it, you aren't stuck there. You do your contract and leave.
But if you do like it, chances are the hospital will still need you so you can extend.
