This discussion is simple. In California it is a tough market and I joined some of you in the same boat. I just want Opinions of possible states where you feel is a better job market for new grads or just in general. I have enough money to make a last ditch effort to pick up and move and apply for a state license so I am asking for some suggestions.

I know it is a gamble but I feel this could increase my efforts in starting a career. Any opinion is appreciated and thanks.

The midwest. Avoid the coasts and Arizona/New Mexico.

Thank you CaliRCP. I have been told that Texas was the place to start.

Fl RT, one of my classmates just got a job in Jacksonville. He claims there are opportunities for new graduates there. Is the market really that bad?

Upstate NY....once you get past Orange and Dutchess counties there's no businesses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of NY is rural, people don't know this. You have NYC and the boroughs, Long Island, and 3 or 4 other counties and that's it for work. BTW there's about 65 counties in NY.
