TOP THREE SKILLS:
1.) It is imperative to be good multitasking.
2.) People skills. Customer relations directly affects your wallet.
3.) Attitude. Always anticipate a busy shift and always wear a smile (even if it's fake). Having a good attitude behind the bar is everything and will definately help you make more money.
