Have you tried doing a job search on www.indeed.com ?

Here is one I did searching for job listings containing the keywords Roofer or Roofing. I also increased the distance from Staunton, VA to a 50 mile radius. Increasing the radius helps you find more listings, but this can easily be changed by clicking on the distance option located in the gray bar above the job search listings.
