I get 14.00 and hour and I work like 14 hours a day. What is a good pay scale??

Roofing has been underpaid since the early 80's

skilled labor helper duties: tear off,try in,tin tag,mix mud,cut tile,lay shingles etc. $12.00 to $16.00 Run job: $17.00-$23.00
Sometimes the only way to get a raise is to look for another company to work for.

If your a real good roofer,can do everything the supervisor hands you. $18.00-$20
