I live in Williamsburg, VA and I am looking for a part-time position as either a cashier, customer service representative, or office worker. I have over 30 years working in an office, most recently office manager. I have worked 3 years as a Cashier and Customer Service Representative. I do not wish to work evenings or weekends but I am a VERY hard worker and am a "people person". Since I am retired from the office position I held for over 30 years I am collecting financial retirement pay so a hugh paycheck is not really that important to me. Can anyone help me find such a job where I can be beneficial to an employer and earn a salary at the same time. My last position was abolished due to company financial restraints. I have excellent letters of recommendation from previou employers. I just wish to work and feel I am being of assistance to a new employer. Thank you |

Don't say I have over 30 years of expereince...go to your local state one-stop career center and attend workshops and re-package yourself as a retired person seeking - re-entry into the the workforce. Valuable knowledge you have to offer any company and that you are as asset for them. Local one-stops offer FREE assistance, in computer, phones, faxes, workshoips and have employers in their offices. Your tax dollars at work....You will be happy to learn of all the changes that occured because of 9-ll it's a different world now! Good Luck!
