What are the top 3 traits or skills every route sales representative must have to excel?

I have owned a bread route for 14 years and have been fortunate enough to double in size and sell half off three seperate times. The top 3 traits are easy for me to pick. One,is hard work. Servicing your stores 7 days a week,working most of the time 12 hours a day. Two,is staying ahead of the game, knowing the up-coming sales promotions that each store is featuring. Three, is consistency, good product levels and variety all the time. Hope this helps.
