Desired qualifications
-At least two yrs outside sales exp preferably with nationwide majors as
well as specialty retailers
-Exp in sales and marketing through industry trade shows
-Familiarity with street-wear/ athletic-wear markets preferred
-Solid knowledge of action sports a plus!
-Results driven with a proven track record
-Ability to convey trustworthiness and credibility

Objective
I'm looking for a company with plenty of advancement. Over the last 4 years, I've been the top producer making $70-$80k a year in commissions (no base) while working 60+ hours a week. My objective is to increase the companies market share through prospecting, client retention, and referral selling by doing a needs assessment to match the client with a product or service that the company has to offer. I don't look at quotas (minimal expectations), but instead, look at how I can excel to be the top producer. I take pride in helping the business move on to the next level of achieving its goals and expectations.
